Throughout the last eight (8) years, eCPIC has supported the government in the management
of capital assets, investment portfolios, and the creation and electronic submission
of mandatory OMB reporting requirements such as the Exhibit 300 and 53 reports. eCPIC
was designed to streamline and integrate the processes associated with the management
of a capital investment - while providing the tools, functions, and capabilities
to support the individual demands of each organization. |

eCPIC provides government managers and staff with ready and shared access
to up-to-date information about individual capital planning initiatives, a particular
type of initiative, or about their entire investment portfolio and enables managers and
staff to quickly assess the impacts on their organizations overall capital investment
portfolio of adding, modifying, deferring, or canceling initiatives. |
