The eCPIC Portfolio Manager was designed to provide users with the tools and functions to group investments into one or more portfolio categories. Portfolios allow users to perform aggregate reporting across multiple investments and investment portfolios to assess mission, performance, costs, return, compliance, and other organizational and technical considerations.

The Portfolios module provides a graphing capability that allows users to view valuable information about your investments in a visual context. This is accomplished by choosing a specific portfolio and selecting the graph icon. An additional window opens, with a drop-down list of the various predefined graph views as well as graphing criteria that you may choose from to generate the graph of users choice. A handy toolbar is also provided which allows the user to save, print, or e-mail the portfolio graph.

In addition to the predefined graphing capability, eCPIC has the ability to dynamically generate graphs using investment fields that are available within the system. Three chart options are now available to users: Summary of Spending Bubble Chart, Summary of Spending Pie Chart, and the Dynamic Chart. The Summary of Spending charts both represent the Summary of Spending data in their respective forms. The Dynamic Chart capability allows the user to select a visualization option from a number of different charting types. Each charting type allows for a different number of input variables. This module allows for graphing fields that are defined within eCPIC, including scoring fields, OMB required fields, and user defined fields.
