eCPIC is supported through a cross-agency Service Level Agreement (SLA) that provides users with access to technical, help desk, and implementation support, onsite training, and developmental resources to support changes in OMB guidance (i.e., Exhibit 300 and 53 Reports) and continued product improvement.
In order to realize the benefits from a centralized design, development, and environment, and to maintain alignment and compatibility with future eCPIC upgrades, each organization participating in the SLA refrains from independently modifying their eCPIC installation.

eCPIC is a government-owned product (GOTS) that is managed through a
Change Management Committee (CMC). Members of the CMC are government agencies that
collectively guide and govern the ongoing design, development, and support of the solution.

eCPIC seamlessly integrates OMB's Circular A-11 Exhibit 300 and 53 reporting
requirements and provides a "Turbo Tax" like interface to ensure information
gathered during a Capital Planning process (Select, Control, or Evaluate) is
aligned and available to support yearly submissions. |
